Trained at Ferrandi Paris, one of the world's leading culinary schools, he honed his skills in legendary Parisian kitchens including Hôtel George V, Plaza Athénée, and La Tour d'Argent, learning precision, seasonality, and uncompromising quality under Michelin-starred mentorship.
His culinary journey spans Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa, from serving as Executive Chef at the Official Chef Centre of the Football World Cup in Brazil, to leading kitchens in French Guiana, London, and even the Amazon Jungle. Along the way, Olivier also crafted bespoke experiences as a private chef aboard luxury villas and yachts, where every detail is tailored to perfection.
